• City of Houston Health Department  located at 8000 N. Stadium Dr. Houston, TX 77054
• Garden Level Auditorium located in the Bob Lanier Public Works Building at 611 Walker St. Houston, TX 77003 (Unavailable due to Hurricane Harvey flooding)
